On Saturday, families in Redwood City were treated to a “Spooktakular” Halloween carnival at the Red Morton Community Center. Superheroes and villains alike braved a haunted house, while faeries and fashionistas played ghoulish games. The annual Halloween Spooktakular event was hosted by the City of Redwood City’s Parks, Recreation & Community Services department.
