A cold snap that hit the Peninsula this weekend had most residents staying indoors. Shoreline in Mountain View saw few patrons, despite its beautiful views. One unaffected group: water polo fans, who showed up in droves to support the team. They bundled up and headed out to watch Stanford beat St. Francis Brooklyn, putting them in third place in the NCAA Championship.¬†This weekend’s high was 54 degrees, low 26 degrees.
