Menlo Park families celebrate Halloween with band and magician

They didn’t walk much, but they did it in style. Menlo Park’s families dressed up for Halloween last Saturday and participated in a parade from Maloney Street to Fremont Park. The walk was guided by the sound of a band formed by students from La Entrada Middle School and Hillview Middle School.

At the end of the walk, the kids were greeted with a surprise: a magician. While some waited in line for a trick-or-treat bag, others gathered them around a stage to see some magic. After the presentation, the children were invited to trick-or-treat in downtown Menlo Park stores.
