Among the offerings of the 2012 Stanford Entrepreneurship Week is the chance to get one-on-one informal mentoring from Silicon Valley professionals, whom the program calls coaches.
Busy Burr is one such coach, as well as the head of Venture Incubation at Citi Ventures in Palo Alto. She sat down with The Peninsula Press’ Eric Johnson to talk about her work at Citi, what she offers as a “coach,” and what new entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley can learn from talking with their peers and getting advice from the business community.
Stanford Entrepreneurship Week 2012 takes place February 27 through March 7. This collection of over 30 events is hosted by the Stanford Entrepreneurship Network (SEN), a federation of programs, student groups and organizations supporting entrepreneurship in the Stanford community.
